For your convenience, we accept multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card 

  • Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

  • Cash (on completion of service)

All payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another customer.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.(50% from sercive)

  • We appreciate your understanding and aim to be as flexible as possible whenever unexpected situations arise.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work, and your happiness is our priority! If you’re not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to make it right no questions asked.
